Ingredients
- Ground beef - 14.1 oz
- Potatoes - 10.6 oz
- Green Bell Pepper - 1 piece
- Chopped Parsley - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Water - 2 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley to the ground beef. Season the beef with salt and pepper, and let it rest for a while.
Step 2
Chop the carrot and onion and sauté them in oil. Pour boiling water over the sautéed vegetables, add the quartered potatoes, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Form small meatballs from the beef mixture. Drop the meatballs into the boiling soup and cook for 15 minutes. Add the remaining parsley and diced bell pepper, and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Let the soup steep for a few hours. Serve with herbs.
