Ingredients
- Root Vegetables - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 28.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean and rinse the fresh mushrooms, either porcini or butter mushrooms. Cut off the roots, chop them, and sauté in oil. Slice the mushroom caps, blanch them, drain in a sieve, and once the water has drained, transfer to a pot, cover with water, and cook for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Separately sauté the root vegetables and onion.
Step 3
In the pot, add the diced potatoes, sautéed mushroom roots, root vegetables, onion, salt, pepper, bay leaf, and cook for another 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
When serving, add sour cream, finely chopped green onions, and dill.
