Potatoes with Ham
Ingredients
- Salt - to taste
- Serrano Chili - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Wash the potatoes but do not peel them – bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours until soft. Remove from the oven and cut them lengthwise. Do not turn off the oven.
Step 2
Scoop out the potato flesh with a spoon. Salt the inside of the skins and spread half of the butter inside. Mash the potato with a fork and mix with finely chopped half of the ham. Fill the skins with the mixture and lay them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Top each with a piece of butter and bake for another 10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle each potato with a small amount of grated cheese and whole slices of ham. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh herbs or grated orange zest.
