- Olive Oil - to taste

- Courgette - 1 piece

Step 1
Cut the potatoes into strips, place them in a deep dish lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Bake in the oven at 180°C until a nice crust forms.
Step 2
While the potatoes are baking, let's make the sauce. Mix the sour cream with the ground spices. Add the garlic and a splash of olive oil. Grate the cucumber and finely chop the herbs.
