Ingredients

  • Prosciutto - 4 pieces
  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Natural Yogurt - 3 tablespoons
  • Pitted olives - 4 pieces
  • Fresh Rose Hips - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease a rectangular muffin tin with oil.

Step 2

Cut the pieces of prosciutto in half and line 8 muffin cups with them, allowing the edges to hang over.

Step 3

Whisk the egg whites and the egg well, then add the yogurt, chopped olives, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the prosciutto cups and bake for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with sprigs of rosemary.
