- Citrus Zest Mix - 2 spoons
- Goat cheese - 6 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Prosciutto - 24 pieces
- Green Figs - 3.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Arugula - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine the zest, juice, and olive oil. Mix the crushed garlic with the goat cheese. Cut the slices of prosciutto in half. Chop the figs.
Step 2
Spread cheese on each slice of prosciutto, top with a few pieces of fig and three leaves of arugula. Drizzle with dressing, season with salt and pepper. Roll up and place on a plate.
