Ingredients

  • Prosciutto - 16 pieces
  • Persimmon - 1 piece
  • Pomegranate Seeds - ½ cup
  • Arugula - 4.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Pistachios - 3.5 oz
  • Black Pomegranate Molasses - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the persimmon and cut it into small pieces.

Step 2

Place 2 pieces of prosciutto on each plate, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Then add the pieces of persimmon and arugula leaves. Top with lightly roasted pistachios.

Step 3

Drizzle with olive oil and pomegranate vinegar, and sprinkle with black pepper.
