Description
In this recipe, fermented baked milk can be replaced with any fermented dairy drink, except for whipped cream. If there are concerns about salmonella contamination, quail eggs can be omitted; however, if you are confident in the quality of the purchased product, their quantity can be increased during intense training. This smoothie is great to drink within an hour after a workout, or on weekends, in between meals.
Ingredients
- Fermented Milk - 17 fl oz
- Honey - 4 tablespoons
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Quail Egg - 4 pieces
