Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Kefir - 1 tablespoon
- Farm fresh eggs - 8 pieces
- Dill - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Green Butter - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast. Cut it into cubes.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with a tablespoon of kefir and chopped herbs (dill).
Step 3
Break 1 egg and separate the yolk from the other 7 eggs (1 yolk + 8 whites). Whisk the eggs.
Step 4
Heat a skillet, pour in olive oil, and pour about 1/6 of the egg mixture. You should get about 6 pancakes.
Step 5
Place the first pancake on a plate, spread cottage cheese on top, then add the chicken, and then a lettuce leaf. Place the next pancake on top, and so on (do not add anything to the last pancake).
Step 6
Let it cool slightly and place it in the refrigerator.
