Description
The thickness of the shake depends on the mixing time. Cinnamon is an optional ingredient, but it is very beneficial. You can add peanuts to taste in step 3. You can use crunchy peanut butter, in which case it's not necessary to add peanuts during preparation.

- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Peanut Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Chopped almonds - to taste
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the milk (125 ml is approximately 100 grams) into a blender or mixer.
Step 2
Add the cottage cheese, honey, and cinnamon. Briefly turn on the appliance to create a liquid or, if desired, thick base for the shake.
Step 3
Add the peanut butter to the resulting base and blend again briefly in the blender or mixer.
Step 4
Pour into a convenient cup and garnish with cinnamon and chopped peanuts. If the shake is liquid, drink it through a straw; if it is very thick, you can use a dessert spoon.
