  • Pitted Wild Apricots - 12 oz
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds - 2.1 oz
  • Red Lambrusco - 1 cup
  • Lemon - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Carefully insert half a walnut into each prune (about 30 pieces). Gently press to close the edges.

Step 2

In a saucepan, combine the prunes, wine, and halved lemon. Bring to a boil over low heat and simmer uncovered until soft, about 15 minutes.

Step 3

Serve warm or chilled.
