Description
This recipe calls for the thinnest filo dough, which is difficult to make at home. If you can't find it in stores, regular puff pastry will work as a substitute. This recipe comes from a sports bar in the local area. The recipe was shared with us by an author of a popular culinary book.

- Veal Liver - 18.3 oz
- Onion - 18.3 oz
- Phyllo Dough - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Barbecue sauce - 2.1 oz
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the liver from bile ducts, cut it into pieces, and sauté it with chopped onion in oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow to cool. Then blend until smooth.
Step 2
Cut the phyllo dough into strips weighing 5 grams and approximately 6 cm wide. Place 30 grams of filling on each strip and fold into triangles.
Step 3
You can bake the beskozyrki in the oven or fry them in a deep fryer or on a skillet.
Step 4
Serve with the sauce mixture.
