- Unleavened dough - 2 lbs
- Ham - 10.6 oz
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Large eggs - 1 piece
- Pumpkin - 1.1 oz
- Herbes de Provence - to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
Slice both types of cheese.
Step 4
Spread the pumpkin flour by hand over the surface.

Place a sheet of dough on the flour.
Step 6
Roll out the dough.

Cut the dough in half.

Place the ham on one half of the cut dough.

Top the ham with cheese.

Sprinkle a pinch of Herbs de Provence on top.

Fold the dough with the filling into envelopes, pinching the edges with your fingers.
