Description
In this recipe, cream can be replaced with coconut cream, and erythritol can be substituted with any other sweetener or sugar.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 2.8 oz
- Mandarin Puree - 1 piece
- Sugar - to taste
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 teaspoon
- Cream 22% - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
Step 2
Peel the mandarin and cut the segments into smaller pieces.
Step 3
Add the pumpkin to the heated olive oil in a pan.
Step 4
After 1–2 minutes, reduce the heat, add erythritol (or sugar), and cover with a lid.
Step 5
After 3 minutes, season with ginger and stir.
Step 6
After another minute, season with chili pepper and stir.
Step 7
After another minute, add the mandarin.
Step 8
Stir well.
Step 9
Add cinnamon.
Step 10
Pour in the cream and stir.
Step 11
After 2 minutes, add salt.
Step 12
Cover with a lid and simmer for about 7–10 minutes.
Step 13
Then cool and serve with delicious bread.
