- 20% Cream - 2 fl oz
- Almond Flakes - 1.4 oz
- Croutons - 8 pieces

Step 1
Cut the peeled pumpkin into random pieces. Sauté the onion and celery stalk in olive oil, add the pumpkin, vegetable broth (water, carrot, celery stalk, onion, bay leaf, parsley), and simmer until cooked.
Step 2
Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. When serving, add a little cream. Serve with croutons. Garnish with almond flakes.
