- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Corn Kernels - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- 33% Cream - 10 fl oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, sauté the onion in butter until soft.
Step 2
Add the corn kernels, randomly chopped pumpkin, and half a cup of water. Simmer all ingredients until soft.
Step 3
Add salt and pepper to the mixture.
Step 4
Next, blend the soup until a smooth, homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Step 5
Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and bring to a boil.
