- Champignon Mushrooms - 4 pieces
- Almonds - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into cubes, place on parchment paper, add the onion and garlic, and drizzle with olive oil. Optionally, add your favorite herbs and spices and bake in the oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Combine everything in a pot, add the coconut milk, blend until smooth, bring the hearty soup to a boil, and add the parmesan.
