Description
If you cooked lentils recently, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of grains over the dish before baking.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 1 piece
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice it into thin half-moon petals.
Step 2
Layer the petals overlapping in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the egg and milk until smooth. Season the mixture with salt.
Step 4
Keep in mind that we are salting both the pumpkin and the egg-milk mixture, so don't overdo it!
Step 5
Pour the mixture over the pumpkin petals and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Step 6
Place in an oven preheated to 392°F for 45–60 minutes, depending on your oven's power. Aim for a nice golden crust.
