Ingredients

  • Papaya flesh - 28.2 oz
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
  • Gruyère cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Ground Nutmeg - to taste
  • Breadcrumbs - 4 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - ½ cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, thyme, flour, and Gruyère.

Step 3

Add diced pumpkin and mix well.

Step 4

Season with salt, pepper, and add nutmeg.

Step 5

Add olive oil, reserving a small amount, and transfer to a baking dish.

Step 6

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.

Step 7

Bake for about 60 minutes until tender.
