  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - ¼ cup

  • Chestnut puree - 3 cups
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a blender, combine broken pieces of bread and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until crumbly.

Step 3
