Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 5.3 oz
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Cinnamon - 0.1 oz
- Pumpkin seed oil - 0.1 oz
- Espresso - 0.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Place on a baking sheet and roast for 15–20 minutes at 392°F.
Step 3
Blend the roasted pumpkin, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
Step 4
In a pitcher, mix 150 ml of milk with the pumpkin puree.
Step 5
Froth with a milk frother until it reaches 140°F.
Step 6
Brew the espresso.
Step 7
In a tall glass, pour the remaining 150 ml of heated milk, then add the coffee and pumpkin puree.
Step 8
Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
Step 9
Serve.
