Description
You can add orange zest, nutmeg... This smoothie may not be for everyone, but if you like it, it's a forever favorite :) Add raspberries, blueberries, mint, caramel... and you can always create a delicious, healthy, and original drink.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 1.8 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and freeze for at least 24 hours OR buy a bag of frozen pumpkin.
Step 2
Pour the teaspoon of honey into the milk (this happens in a glass) and place it in the microwave on high power for 1 minute.
Step 3
Stir joyfully... :) until the honey is completely dissolved in the glass.
Step 4
Place the pumpkin in a blender, pour in the resulting mixture, add cinnamon, and blend everything together.
Step 5
Serve! You can garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top!
