- Rosemary - 0.2 oz
- Thyme - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves

- Ciabatta - 2 pieces
- Tiger shrimp in brine - 6 pieces
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin from the skin and seeds, cut into large pieces, add thyme, rosemary, and olive oil, wrap in foil, and bake for 20 minutes at 356°F. Then blend (if the mixture is too thick, you can dilute it with chicken broth or water for a softer and gentler taste).
Step 2
Peel the shrimp, marinate in olive oil with garlic, salt, and pepper, and sauté in olive oil.
Step 3
