- Pumpkin - 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Onion - 0 oz
- Carrot - 0 oz
- Potato - 0 oz
- Turmeric - 0 oz
- Coconut Milk - 5 fl oz
- Lemongrass - 0 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 0 oz
- Thyme - 0 oz
- Tom Kha paste - 0 oz
- Water - 10 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop all the vegetables randomly and sauté them in vegetable oil with all the spices for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Pour in water and boil until the vegetables are tender. Then add coconut milk and blend everything together.
Step 3
Serve with sesame seeds and tofu that has been sautéed in smoked paprika.
