Ingredients
- Cherry - 3.5 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 3 pieces
- Orange zest - 1 piece
- Dark rum - 30 fl oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Green peppercorns - 1 piece
- Clove - 2 pieces
- Cinnamon - 2 pieces
- Lime - ¼ piece
- Ice - 15 pieces
- Sprite - 34 fl oz
- Plums - 23 fl oz
- Concentrated Cranberry Juice - 17 fl oz
- Mint - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place 100 grams of frozen cherries and 3 slices of canned pineapple in a punch bowl. Add half an orange cut into cubes, pour in 100 ml of white rum, and let it steep.
Step 2
Trim the orange peel and place it in a pitcher. Pour in 100 ml of white rum and add 100 grams of granulated sugar. Add 2 cloves, 1 black peppercorn, and 2 cinnamon sticks.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from a quarter of a lime and simmer on low heat until the sugar dissolves.
Step 4
Fill the punch bowl 2/3 full with ice cubes. Pour in 700 ml of white rum and 700 ml of plum wine.
Step 5
Add the resulting syrup (150 ml), 1000 ml of Sprite, and 500 ml of cranberry juice.
Step 6
Pour into rocks glasses, placing a sprig of mint in each.
