- Whole egg - 2 pieces

- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare a broth using chicken and vegetables, then strain it. Separate the meat from the skin and bones, and pass it through a meat grinder with a coarse plate.
Step 2
Add the meat to the broth, thicken with flour diluted in 100 g of cold water, bring to a boil, and season with salt to taste.
Step 3
