Ingredients

  • Poultry - 14.1 oz
  • Parsley - 1.8 oz
  • Carrot - 3.5 oz
  • Water - 1½ l
  • Cream - 4.4 oz
  • Whole egg - 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 0.7 oz
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare a broth using chicken and vegetables, then strain it. Separate the meat from the skin and bones, and pass it through a meat grinder with a coarse plate.

Step 2

Add the meat to the broth, thicken with flour diluted in 100 g of cold water, bring to a boil, and season with salt to taste.

Step 3

Beat the egg yolks with cream or sour cream, then pour into the soup. Serve with croutons.
