  • Pea shoots - 8.5 oz
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage - 6 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 0.7 oz
  • Pork fat - 2.8 oz
  • Onion - 3.5 oz
  • Parsley - 0.4 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the peas well, then cover with cold water and cook until soft. Strain through a sieve and combine with the broth. Add the chopped sausage and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Season the soup with sautéed onions, flour, and salt, and cook until ready.

Step 3

Before serving, season with black pepper and finely chopped parsley.
