- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the peas well, then cover with cold water and cook until soft. Strain through a sieve and combine with the broth. Add the chopped sausage and bring to a boil.
