- Meat - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Celery salt - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1 piece
- Water - 2 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the third or fourth grade meat, trim the flesh, pass it through a meat grinder, chop the bones; place everything in a pot, cover with cold water, and let it sit for 20-30 minutes, then without changing the water, bring it to a boil.
Step 2
At the beginning of boiling, add the peeled and cut roots, some of which should be pre-roasted without oil in a pan.
Step 3
After 20 minutes of boiling, add salt.
Step 4
Simmer the broth at a low boil for 30-40 minutes, then strain and use as a regular meat broth.
