  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - ½ teaspoon
  • Grated Ginger Root - 1½ tablespoons
  • Canned Saira - 7.1 oz
  • Celery stalk - ¼ cup
  • Chopped Green Onions - 2 tablespoons
  • Wasabi - ¼ teaspoon
  • Sourdough Bread - 8.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger, and sugar. Add the salmon, celery, and green onion.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the remaining mayonnaise and wasabi. Spread on the bread.

Step 3

On 4 slices, place the salmon salad, then cover with the remaining bread and press down gently.
