- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons

- Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root - 1½ tablespoons
- Canned Saira - 7.1 oz
- Celery stalk - ¼ cup
- Chopped Green Onions - 2 tablespoons
- Wasabi - ¼ teaspoon
- Sourdough Bread - 8.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger, and sugar. Add the salmon, celery, and green onion.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the remaining mayonnaise and wasabi. Spread on the bread.
