Description
The soup turns out quite spicy and thick. Instead of green peas, you can add canned corn, which will change the flavor of the soup a bit...
Ingredients
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 1½ liters
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 7.1 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 5.3 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Celery stalk - 1 piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the tomato juice (only good, thick juice), pour it into a pot, and place it on the stove.
Step 2
While the juice is heating, sauté the onion, sliced smoked meats, and delicacies in a pan.
Step 3
Season the juice with salt and pepper to taste, add a bit of sugar (necessary for flavor!), add minced garlic, sliced bell pepper, chopped celery stalk, and green peas — bring to a boil.
Step 4
Then add the sautéed onion and meat mixture to the boiling juice and let it simmer on the stove for another 10 minutes.
Step 5
In a bowl, add diced feta cheese and sprinkle with parsley or dill.
