Ingredients
- Quince - 12.3 oz
- Feijoa - 6 oz
- Strawberry - 10.6 oz
- Sea Buckthorn - 10.6 oz
- Plums - 14.1 oz
- Water - 2 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the quince into large pieces and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Do the same with the plums; you can leave the pits.
Step 3
Combine them in a deep pot.
Step 4
Cut the feijoa into two or three pieces.
Step 5
Add to the pot.
Step 6
Pour in drinking water. Place on high heat.
Step 7
Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 8
Immediately add the strawberries, halved.
Step 9
Then add the sea buckthorn.
Step 10
Reduce the heat a little more and cover with a lid.
Step 11
After 15 minutes, the compote is ready. Let it cool slightly, strain, and serve.
