- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Oregano - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
- Tarragon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the rabbit by removing the meat. Add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into strips and add it to the meat. Sauté the mushrooms. Roll out the meat, and place the bacon and mushrooms on top.
Step 3
Roll the meat into a log and bake in the oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
