  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Shallot - 1.2 oz
  • Snap Peas - 12 oz
  • Radish - 1 bunch
  • Orange juice concentrate - ¼ cup
  • Dill - 1 teaspoon
  • Dill - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced shallot and sauté until golden, about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add the peas and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add the thinly sliced radish and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Add the orange juice and dill seeds. Stir for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped fresh dill, mix, transfer to a bowl, and serve.
