- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Chopped Green Onions - 4 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Bread Kvass - 17 fl oz
- Dill - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard.
Step 2
Peel the radish, wash it thoroughly in cold water, and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Add sliced boiled potatoes, chopped eggs, sour cream, and green onions.
Step 4
Pour in the chilled kvass.
Step 5
Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
