- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Scallions - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Prepare the croutons. Cut the crust off the bread, slice the pulp into small rectangles, sprinkle with salt, and fry in heated vegetable oil (50 ml).
Step 2
Peel the radish, wash it thoroughly in cold water, dry it, and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Dress with kvass or vinegar, add salt, place on a plate, sprinkle with green onion, and arrange the croutons around the edges.
