Ingredients
- Celery stalk - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Almond - 0.7 oz
- Stracchino cheese - 4.2 oz
- Mustard Greens - 1.8 oz
- Radish - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Slice the radishes into thin rings and place them in cold water.
Step 3
Chop the celery stalks.
Step 4
Chop the parsley coarsely.
Step 5
Transfer the celery and parsley to the blender bowl.
Step 6
Add olive oil, parmesan cheese, and almonds.
Step 7
Blend everything into a mixture, leaving pieces of celery and almond.
Step 8
Spoon the prepared sauce onto a plate. Place the stracciatella on top of the sauce.
Step 9
Chop the radish greens and spread them over the cheese. Top with slices of radish.
Step 10
Serve drizzled with olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper.
