- Radish - 1 bunch
- Butter - 6.3 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the radishes thoroughly.
Step 2
Thoroughly dry the radishes to ensure there are no water droplets or moisture left on them.
Step 3
Use scissors to trim the thin roots. If desired, cut off the greens from the radishes.
Step 4
Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. It should only be partially melted.
Step 5
Whisk the softened butter until it reaches a smooth consistency, similar to melted chocolate.
Step 6
Dip the radish in oil.
Step 7
Place on parchment paper. The remaining butter can be chilled and used as usual.
Step 8
Place the radishes in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.
Step 9
Arrange the radishes on a plate or cutting board.
Step 10
Serve the radishes with butter and sea salt.
