Ingredients
- Dashi powder - 1 cup
- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Broth - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Scallions - 0 oz
- Salted pork belly - 4 pieces
- Dried Nori Seaweed - 1 piece
- Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
- Veal broth - 1 cup
- Udon Noodles - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small pot, bring the soy sauce to a boil, add the boiled peeled eggs, and turn them from side to side for one minute until they are evenly colored on all sides.
Step 2
Toast the sesame seeds in a pan, chop the green onion, slice the pork belly thinly across the grain, and cut the nori sheet.
Step 3
For the ramen, three broths are required: dashi, strong bone broth, and meat broth. They are used in equal proportions or to taste. Add sesame oil to the broth.
Step 4
The noodles are cooked separately or in the broth for ONLY 2 MINUTES. If the noodles are left in the broth for a couple of extra minutes, they will become mushy, so it's best to eat this dish immediately after preparation.
Step 5
Pour the broth with noodles into a bowl, add halved eggs, a piece of pork, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. Optionally, you can tuck a piece of nori on the side.
