- Water - 1 qt
- Sour Cream - 4.2 oz
- Potato protein - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the berries and strain the juice. Pour the remaining mass with water, bring to a boil, strain, and add sugar. Season with potato starch diluted in cold water (125 g).
Step 2
Bring to a boil, cool down, add sour cream and the juice from the raspberries and blackcurrants. Serve with toasted white bread.
