- Lemon - 1 piece
- Raspberry leaves - 25.4 oz
- Vanilla Pod - 1 piece
- Sugar - ¼ cup
- Sparkling water - 3 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the berries, thinly sliced lemon, the vanilla pod from which you have extracted the seeds and added to the berries, and sugar. Place over a water bath and cook, stirring, for about 12 minutes, until the berries release their juice.
Step 2
Strain the mixture through a sieve, squeezing out all the juice. Chill.
Step 3
Pour the syrup into 3 glasses filled with ice and top with sparkling water. Serve immediately, garnished with lemon slices.
