Ingredients
- Raspberry leaves - 17.6 oz
- Pineapple - ½ piece
- Fresh Mint - 4 stems
- Soy Vanilla Milk - 1 cup

Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut it into 4 lengthwise pieces and then into thin slices.
Step 2
In a blender, blend the raspberry, pineapple, rice milk (can be substituted with regular milk), and mint leaves. If you have the time and desire, you can blend the raspberry separately and strain it through a sieve to remove the seeds. This is what professional chefs do.
Step 3
Blend for about 5 minutes at maximum speed.
Step 4
Check the thickness and if necessary, add more rice milk and blend again.
Step 5
Pour into glasses, garnishing with fresh mint leaves on top.
