Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 lbs
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Radish - 4 pieces
- Green Onion - 2 stalks
- Parsley - 2 stalks
- Dill - 2 stalks
- Red Swiss Chard - 3 stalks
- Paprika - 0.5 oz
- Cherry Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Lemon - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the quartered tomatoes, 2/3 of the peeled cucumber, paprika, cherry tomatoes, herbs, and 2 radishes and put them in a blender or mixer. Add the red part of the Swiss chard and the juice of half a lemon.
Step 2
Blend briefly, as the tomatoes become unappetizing if blended too long. Usually, 30 seconds is enough.
Step 3
Finely chop the green part of the Swiss chard, which are the leaves, and set them aside. Also, finely chop the remaining radish and cucumber.
Step 4
Garnish the soup beautifully with the chopped vegetables.
Step 5
If desired, you can add salt, chili pepper, or any other seasoning.
