Ingredients
- White Beans - 2.8 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Walnuts - 0.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Cilantro - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the beans overnight.
Step 2
Boil until cooked.
Step 3
Pass through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Add crushed walnut kernels, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, and pour in the broth left after boiling the beans (50 g) to the ground beans.
Step 5
Mix everything well, then sprinkle with parsley and cilantro.
