Ingredients
- White Beans - 1.4 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Peeled chestnuts - 0.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.1 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Cilantro - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort the beans, rinse them, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, skim off the foam, and cook over low heat until tender.
Step 2
After that, drain the beans in a colander, mash them well, and dilute with the broth until a homogeneous thick mass is formed.
Step 3
Add finely chopped and sautéed onion in oil, flour diluted with broth, crushed walnut kernels, salt, red pepper, cilantro, mix, combine with the remaining broth, and bring the soup to a boil.
