  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.5 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 4 tablespoons
  • Chicken Broth - 27 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Ground Nutmeg - to taste
  • Ground Cumin - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the beans overnight in the refrigerator, then drain the water.

Step 2

Pour the beans, leeks, and carrot with a cup of broth and cook until tender.

Step 3

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Pour in the remaining broth, add soy sauce, cumin, nutmeg, and tomato paste.
