Description

There is no need to salt the porridge — the fish is already salted. If you want larger caviar, you can replace the semolina with rice or millet, but in that case, cook the porridge until done.

  • Water - 1 cup
  • Vegetable Oil - ½ cup
  • Semolina - 1 cup
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish - 17.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Bring water and vegetable oil to a boil. Add tomato paste. Gradually stir in the semolina. Immediately remove from heat. Let cool.

Step 2

Pass the salted fish fillet through a meat grinder. Mix with the porridge.
