Description

- Water - 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - ½ cup
- Semolina - 1 cup
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring water and vegetable oil to a boil. Add tomato paste. Gradually stir in the semolina. Immediately remove from heat. Let cool.
Step 2
Pass the salted fish fillet through a meat grinder. Mix with the porridge.
