- Onion - 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Kalamata olives - 2.6 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Then add the diced peppers and sauté until soft for about 3 minutes. Add the chopped olives, mustard, and minced garlic. Stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and cool. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve at room temperature.
