  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Potato protein - 1.4 oz
  • Sour Cream - 2.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the rhubarb stalks 2–3 times in cold water, cut into cubes, immerse in boiling water, and cook until tender.

Step 2

Puree the cooked rhubarb along with the broth, add sugar, and bring to a boil. Then thicken with starch dissolved in cold boiled water and set aside in a cool place.

Step 3

Serve the cold soup with sour cream.
