Ingredients
- Rice - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
- Yogurt powder - 5 fl oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Fresh Mint - 3 stems
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the broth into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the rice and bring to a boil again, then cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add salt.
Step 2
Lightly beat the yolk, add the yogurt and flour — whisk everything together in a large pot. Carefully pour in 250 ml of water — continuously whisk the mixture. Heat, add the broth with rice, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, remove from heat and add finely chopped mint. Add this mixture to the soup before serving.
