Ingredients

  • Chicken Thighs - 2 pieces
  • Rice - 2 cups
  • Milk - 17 fl oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 2.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Fry the chicken thighs in a pan, remove the meat from the bones, and cut it into small pieces.

Step 2

Place the meat in a baking dish, add the cooked sautéed rice, and pour the béchamel sauce over everything.

Step 3

To prepare the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a pan, add the flour. Stir and gradually add the milk to avoid lumps. Add salt and pepper.

Step 4

Mix everything and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
